Transporters
We work with reliable courier companies within Chile to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition. Carrier details are included along with your tracking number.
Delivery Problems
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Failed delivery: If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may reschedule the delivery or leave the package at a pickup location.
Returns and Refunds

Return Period: 30 Business Days
You can return eligible products within 30 business days (Monday-Friday) of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us by email or phone within 30 business days of delivery.
- If your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please send us photos to: contacto@khunz.com .
We'll arrange for free product pickup and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Changes
We only exchange products that are defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Refunds
Once we receive and review the returned product, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, we'll process it back to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
