When you place an order, you’ll receive status updates and shipping details, along with a tracking number (via email) once it’s shipped.

Regarding the delivery area:
Currently, our delivery services are only available to locations within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time:
Processing time begins on the date your order is placed. Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once processed, we will ship your order. We do our best to ship your order quickly. The order cutoff date is 2:00 PM (GMT-04:00) Chilean Standard Time (Santiago).

Delivery Time:
Standard Shipping: We typically ship orders within 5-8 business days (Monday-Friday)* (during regular season). However, personalized items may require additional delivery time.

Shipping costs:
Orders with a total value over 79,990 CLP have free shipping. For orders under 79,990 CLP, a shipping charge of 12,990 CLP will apply.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive this email, please feel free to contact our customer service team. You can also track your order by calling our helpline at 800-914-680 or emailing us at support@khunz.com.

Delivery Failure:
If the shipment fails for reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package) or if the customer refuses to accept delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (KHUNZ) at the customer’s expense. This fee includes shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Changing Your Delivery Address:
Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change your delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at support@khunz.com or call us at 800-914-680 .

After receiving your order:
Carefully inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the merchandise or sign for it as «Damaged» and contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation:
We’re sorry to hear you’d like to cancel your order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll refund you the full amount upon cancellation.

Gift Wrapping:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift wrapping services.

Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on holidays. Your package will be delivered the next business day.

Taxes: khunz.com does not charge you any additional taxes.
